Service Description

WeLoves is a platform that allows users to create personalized messages with time counters, music, and animations, accessible through a QR Code.

Accounts and Registration

When creating an account on our service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

When submitting content to our platform, you retain all your ownership rights in your content, but you grant us a license to use, modify, perform publicly, display publicly, and distribute your content in connection with our service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license. You agree not to submit content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our service to create or share content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interfere with the functionality of any computer system.
Constitutes spam, phishing, or fraudulent attempts.

Payments and Refunds

We offer different subscription plans for our service. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the payment terms. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Our refund policy allows for refund requests within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Love Message and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Love Message, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect.

Governing Law

These terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
